Payments, Shipping & Returns

 

Payment:

Payment is accepted by T/T, Western Union and PayPal.

 

Our Shipping:

 


* Normally, all orders will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days (not included weekends) after the payment is received & cleared; except the orders with large quantities and customized products.(Please contact with our sales for exact delivery date)

 

* Orders can be shipped by express DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx and EMS. For the shipping cost, different express company has different shipping rate; if you have your own express account, welcome to provide us when place the order to us; As all we know, more quantities for the order in one shipment, less average shipping cost.

 

* For the package is under 2KG,and you care for the shipping cost and have no request on shipping time, we advise you can consider register parcel shipping (Free Shipping).

 

Warranty & Return Policy:

 

We test all items before delivery to clients, we provide 12 months maintenance warranties.

 

1. Items can be maintained for the first year, if the damaged is caused by incorrect operation, we may need to charge the necessary component and repair fee from buyer.

 

2. The defective items can be directly returned to L.D. gadgets. We will replace new ones and pay the shipping cost from our location to clients. Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items. (In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package to save the return shipping cost.).

 

Refund:

* We do our best to serve our each customer the best that we can.

* We will refund you for items returned within 14 days of you receiving them, for any reason. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.

* Merchandise which is damaged or missing components or lost by carriers is not refundable.

* Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.

* On receiving items, we will refund you immediately.

 

* Before returning items, please contact our sales for RMA number and detail return delivery address. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
